Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 1, 2012, IDACORP, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. On the same day, members of the Company’s management will hold a teleconference to discuss the financial results, and the presentation furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 will accompany management’s comments.
