ITEM 8.01 Other Events
On October 25, 2012, the Board of Directors of 1st Source Corporation named James R. Seitz as President of 1st Source Bank. Mr. Seitz has served as Executive Vice President of 1st Source Bank since April 2011 and prior thereto, Senior Vice President.
