Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 25, 2012, Qlik Technologies Inc. (“QlikTech”) issued a press release and is holding a conference call regarding its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter ended September 30, 2012. The press release, which includes information regarding QlikTech’s use of non-GAAP financial measures, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
