Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 25, 2012, Mylan Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, issued a press release reporting its financial results for the period ended September 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
