Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 18, 2012, Stephen T. O’Dell, the Company’s Senior Vice President – Growth and Corporate Development, provided notice of his intent to resign his position in order to pursue other career opportunities. The effective date of Mr. O’Dell’s resignation will be November 30, 2012.
