 Kopin Corporation is submitting a press release on October 23, 2012, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by this reference, in which Motorola Solutions, Inc. announced the unveiling of the HC1 headset computer. The HC1 headset computer, which provides hands-free mobile computing, leverages Kopin Corporation’s Golden-i™ microdisplay technology platform. Motorola Solutions is Kopin’s business partner for industrial  mobile headworn computing applications. This information shall not be deemed to be “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
