Item 5.02 — Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
A special meeting of the Board of Directors was held on October 19, 2012 and removed William Tunnell as a Board member effective immediately. Mr. Tunnell remains an officer of Galtech as Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions.
