Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 22, 2012, Document Security Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary, unaudited financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2012. The description of the Company’s preliminary financial results contained in the press release is a summary only and is qualified in its entirety by the financial information that will be contained in the Company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2012, to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or before November 15, 2012. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
