Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K, Bluegreen Corporation (the “Company”) is furnishing materials which were prepared to be included in a presentation to be given by the Company’s management on October 22, 2012. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report are the slides to be included in such presentation which contain certain information relating to the Company that has not previously been made publicly available.
