Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
Bylaw Amendment
On October 18, 2012, the Board of Directors amended the Bylaws of Premier Exhibitions, Inc., effective immediately, to decrease the number of directors from 8 to 7. The amended Bylaws are attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1.
