Explanatory Note

 

This amendment on Form 10-Q/A amends the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q of Kenergy Scientific, Inc. for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 filed on August 17, 2012 (the “Form 10-Q”) for the purpose of furnishing the interactive data files as Exhibit 101 in accordance with Rule 405(a)(2) of Regulation S-T.
