Item 8.01 Other Events.
Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation, the parent company of consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Defense Systems Engineering & Support (DSES) division of ARINC, based in Annapolis, MD with offices across the United States.
A copy of the press release regarding this announcement was issued and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
