Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 15, 2012, State Street Corporation completed its acquisition of Goldman Sachs Administration Services, a leading hedge fund administrator (“GSAS”). State Street had previously announced its agreement to acquire GSAS on July 17, 2012.
