Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation announced on October 12, 2012 that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on October 9, 2012 of $0.05 per share payable November 2, 2012 to shareholders of record as of October 19, 2012. A copy of the press release making the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
