On October 15, 2012, The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its first quarter fiscal year 2013 earnings conference call and reaffirming its net sales and earnings per diluted share guidance for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
