Citizens & Northern Corporation announced unaudited, consolidated financial results for the three-month and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2012. On October 12, 2012, Citizens & Northern Corporation issued a press release titled “C&N Announces Third Quarter 2012 Unaudited Financial Results,” a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. Citizens & Northern Corporation’s “Quarterly Report,” a report that includes unaudited financial information, will be mailed to shareholders on or about October 19, 2012.
