Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On October 11, 2012, Walter Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its third quarter 2012 earnings results after the market closes on Monday, November 5, 2012, and will conduct a conference call on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at 8:00 a.m. CDT / 9:00 a.m. EDT, which can be accessed at www.walterenergy.com. The Company also commented on its preliminary production, sales volume and price results for the third quarter 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
