On October 5, 2012, CytoDyn Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release describing new preliminary findings regarding its Feline Immunodeficiency Virus therapeutic antibody program, which are being presented at the 19th West Coast Retrovirus meeting in Palm Springs, California.
