VWR International, LLC, a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of VWR Funding, Inc., is participating in Deutsche Bank’s 20th Annual Leveraged Finance Conference to be held October 9-11, 2012 at the Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona.
James Kalinovich, Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of VWR International and VWR Funding, is scheduled to present at 2:20 p.m. Pacific Time (5:20 p.m. Eastern Time) on Wednesday, October 10th.
A copy of the slides to be used by Mr. Kalinovich during the presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
