Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 10, 2012 CAM Group, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its plan to host two presentations in the United States at the Palace Hotel, San Francisco and the Harvard Club, New York on October 11, 2012 and October 16, 2012 respectively. During these presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to meet with the CEO and management team of the Registrant and ask questions about the company. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by this reference.
