On October 9, 2012, MRC Global Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s expected results for each of sales, net income, diluted earnings per share, Adjusted EBITDA and total indebtedness, net of cash, for the three months ended September 30, 2012 and as of September 30, 2012, as applicable. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

On October 9, 2012, the Company also announced updated guidance for the year ending December 31, 2012. The Company’s press release containing the guidance is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
