Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 8, 2012, Continental Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a new five-year growth plan to triple production and proved reserves and selected guidance for 2013.
In addition, the release noted the Company will host its 2012 Investors Day in Oklahoma City on Tuesday, October 9, 2012. Presentation slides and an audio webcast of the Continental Resources 2012 Investors Day will be available starting at 8 a.m. central time on Tuesday, October 9, 2012, on the Company’s web site at www.clr.com.
