Gabriel Technologies Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("Gabriel"), will make available via Gabriel's website (www.gabrieltechnologies.com) a letter to its shareholders, dated October 4, 2012, providing an update of recent developments in the matter of Gabriel Technologies Corporation, et. al. vs. Qualcomm Incorporated, et. al., Case No. 08CV1992 AJB (MDD) (the "Litigation"). Copies of the letter and the Order issued by the United States District Court, Southern District of California, in the Litigation are filed as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
