On September 27, 2012, David Perkins, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Molson Coors Canada Inc., notified Molson Coors Brewing Company that he intends to retire effective January 31, 2013. A press release regarding Mr. Perkins’ retirement, among other matters, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
