Item 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On October 1, 2012, Gordmans Stores, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing updated earnings guidance for the third quarter of fiscal 2012 ending October 27, 2012 and the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012 ending February 2, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
