Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 28, 2012, the registrant announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of seven cents per share on the Company’s Common Stock totaling approximately $246,251.60. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of October 31, 2012, payable on November 16, 2012.
A copy of the News Release issued by the registrant on October 1, 2012, is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.01 and is incorporated here by reference.
