On September 27, 2012, Archer-Daniels-Midland Company issued a press release announcing the pricing of its private exchange offers.
On September 28, 2012, Archer-Daniels-Midland Company issued a press release announcing the early results of its private exchange offers, the decrease of the exchange cap applicable to the offers, and the extension of the availability of the early participation premium for one of the offers.
