On September 26, 2012, The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors has voted to change its dividend payment frequency from a semi-annual basis to a quarterly basis, commencing with the fourth quarter of 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
