On September 21, 2012, Sequoia Residential Funding, Inc., Redwood Residential Acquisition Corporation, Redwood Trust, Inc., and Barclays Capital Inc. entered into a Supplement to Underwriting Agreement (the “Supplement”), which supplemented that certain Underwriting Agreement dated September 14, 2012. The Supplement provided for the underwriting of the Sequoia Mortgage Trust 2012-4 Series 2012-4 Class A-IO1 Certificates by Barclays Capital Inc.
