Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 17, 2012, the Company accepted the resignation of David Ford, Vice President of Manufacturing and MRO.  Mr. Ford is leaving the Company for personal reasons.  His resignation will become effective on Friday September 21, 2012.
