On September 6, 2012, the Board of Directors of Thor Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an increase of the Company’s regular quarterly dividend to $0.18 per share, which represents a 20% increase over the Company’s previous regular quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share. On September 6, 2012, the Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock, the new regular quarterly dividend, payable on October 5, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 24, 2012.
A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the dividend and the dividend increase is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
