Item 5.02              Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On September 5, 2012, Neenah Paper, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Mr. Dennis P. Runsten will be leaving the Company with plans for retirement, effective as of September 30, 2012.  Mr. Runsten was a Senior Vice President and President of the Company’s Technical Products Munising business.  As a consequence of Mr. Runsten’s retirement, the sales and marketing activities of the Technical Products Munising business will now report to James H. Caudill, Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Technical Products-Munising.
