On September 7, 2012, Jonathan D. Hoover notified WVS Financial Corp. (the “Company” or the “Registrant”) that he is resigning his positions as Director, Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary of the Company and West View Savings Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, effective as of September 24, 2012.
