Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On September 4, 2012, The Dow Chemical Company (the “Company”) announced a new business structure and executive leadership appointments including changes to the responsibilities of Messrs. Harlan and Weideman, two of the Company’s named executive officers, effective immediately, as described in the press release issued by the Company and attached as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
