The Company issued a press release on September 6, 2012 stating that it will affirm its current 2012 full-year guidance with investors and analysts at the Barclays Back-to-School Conference in Boston at 12:45 p.m. ET on the same day. The Company also announced that John F. Brock, Board of Directors chairman and chief executive officer, has agreed to extend his employment term though 2014. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1
