On September 6, 2012, Audience, Inc. (the “Company”) announced a product transition related to its processor intellectual property incorporated in the mobile phones of a large original equipment manufacturer customer, Apple Inc. The Company also updated its guidance for the three months ending September 30, 2012.
The press release issued by the Company on September 6, 2012 announcing the product transition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
