Item 8.01 Other Events
On August 31, 2012, Pinnacle Airlines Corp. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Pinnacle Airlines, Inc. (“Pinnacle”), had entered into a tentative agreement with the Transport Workers Union of America (“TWU”), the union representing Pinnacle’s dispatchers. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
