ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On August 30, 2012, Sino Agro Food, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s livestock and fishery operations. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The press release contained a link to a corporate presentation relating to, among other items, its financial results for the second quarter of 2012. The presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
