On August 22, 2012, Alastair Neill submitted to Black Sea Metals, Inc. (the “Company”) his resignation as President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of the Company and as a Director of the Company in order to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Neill’s resignation is not the result of any disputes, claims or issues with the Company.
