On August 24, 2012, Canterbury Park Holding Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of an additional 100,000 shares of the Company's common stock under a stock buy-back plan it adopted in 2008.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
