(c) On August 20, 2012, James W. Alexander was appointed as Interim Chairman of the Board of Directors for Sionix Corporation (the “Company”).
(d) On August 20, 2012, James R. Currier resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of Company for personal health reasons. As well he resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Company. The resignations were not related to any disagreement with the Company.
