On August 20, 2012, the Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut approved a $3 million settlement of the Steamfitters Local 449 Pension Fund, on Behalf of Itself and All Others Similarly Situated v. Sturm, Ruger & Co. Inc., et al. which had been consolidated with the matter of Alan R. Herrett, Individually and On Behalf of All Others Similarly Situated v. Sturm, Ruger & Co. Inc., et al.
