(d) David A. Pace was named to the Board of Directors of Jamba, Inc. (the “Company”) and appointed as a member of the Compensation and Executive Development Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors, effective August 15, 2012.
A press release announcing the election of Mr. Pace to the Board of Directors was issued August 20, 2012, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein in its entirety.
