Base Salary
On August 7, 2012, the Compensation Committee (the “Compensation Committee”) of the Board of Directors of bebe stores, inc. (the “Company”) approved an increase to the annual base salaries of Mr. Lawrence Smith, the Company’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel, from $300,000 to $325,000 and Ms. Liyuan Woo, the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President Corporate Controller, from $250,000 to $275,000, effective as of September 2, 2012.
