Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.
A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc., a subsidiary of Spectrum Group International, Inc., has obtained a permanent increase of $5 million in its demand facility from one of its five participating banks. As of August 9, 2012, the total credit facility is $168 million.
