Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 2, 2012, National American University Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) hosted an investor conference call to discuss the financial results for its fiscal year 2012 fourth quarter and year ended May 31, 2012. In advance of the conference call, the Company posted to the “Investor Relations” section of its website slides that accompanied the conference call. Slide 14, which displayed a chart showing the university’s graduate placement rate, was incomplete for “in field” rates for Fall 2011. The slide mistakenly indicated that the “in field” placement rate for Fall 2011 was 46% when, in fact, the “in field” placement rate was 57%. The amended slides containing a revised slide 14 have been posted on the Company’s website at www.national.edu/investor-relations.
