Item 8.01. Other Events.

On August 8, 2012, US Airways, Inc. and US Airways Group, Inc. (together, the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company had reached a tentative agreement on a collective bargaining agreement with the Association of Flight Attendants, which represents the airline’s 6,800 mainline flight attendants. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
