Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On August 7, 2012, Luke Marusiak, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, announced his resignation from the Company effective as of such date. Kevin Fairbairn, President and Chief Executive Officer, will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer on an interim basis.
