On August 7, 2012, Bay Banks of Virginia, Inc. (the “Company”) filed Amendment No. 1 on Form 15/A (the “Amendment”) to withdraw, effective upon filing thereof, the Company’s previous filing of a Form 15 on May 11, 2012 with respect to the Company’s common stock. The Company will continue to submit required filings under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
