Other Events
On August 6, 2012, SW China Imports, Inc. (Registrant) held a Special Meeting of its Board of Directors whereby it cancelled 1,000,000 restricted shares of its common stock, $0.0001 par value, due to non-payment of the subscribed shares. These shares have subsequently been returned to the Registrants treasury.
As of August 7, 2012, the Registrant had 111,570,000 shares of its common stock issued and outstanding.
